Pramotion
1. Examinations ate held twice a year. The Terminal in October & the Final in April, in addition there are Class assignments, Projects, Orals & Practical Exams. The results of which will be taken into consideration for promotion.
2. Pupils absent from Test/Examination for any reason will have to give another Test/ Examination. Those in case of illness a doctor’s certificate must be produced absence form a subject excludes a student from being ranked in the order or merit in examination.
3. Reports of the student’s performance in the Test/Examination will be sent to the parents. Parents are requested to examine and sign these reports and to the return them
to the Class Teacher within three days.
4. In all examinations grades are being allotted as per the performance.
5. For the purpose of promotion, the pupil has to secure at least C-2 Grade in two Terminals in each subject. (Std I to VIII)
6. A pupil who is unable to appear for the whole or part of a Test/Examination, for a valid or accepted reason, his/her case will be considered on the strength of the year’s record and re-exam.
7. To be eligible for promotion from Stds. I to VIII the Formative and Summative evaluation has to be taken.
7. (B) Std IX Languages (80+20)+ Algebra & Geometry 80(Wri.)+20 (MCQ,HW), Science 80(Wri.) + 20 (Practicals),Social Studies 100(Wri) & Self defense, Art Appreciation & PT
Std IX: Two unit test and Two terminals. Promotions as per the rules prescribed by the ssc board.
Std X: One unit, One terminal and Prelims .
Distribution of marks as per the new rules prescribed by the ssc Board in June 2018.
Students will be evaluated as per their performance in the class test, class work, assignments , project and punctuality in the submitting the given work by the respective
subject teachers.
Regularly in attendance is top priority. Student securing grade Below C-1 have to compulsory appear for re-exam for individual subject.
It is compulsory for the student to upgrade during the re-exam with hard work and teacher’s guidance.
